The Challenge
By late 2023, Ecommerce School was experiencing significant growth. They had established themselves as a leading educational platform in the Italian ecommerce landscape, but were expanding into consultancy and agency services. This evolution demanded a complete brand transformation that could reflect their new positioning while honoring their educational roots.
My Role & Approach
I joined the team in late 2023, as the previous designer was transitioning out. Taking over the rebranding work he'd initiated, I made strategic design decisions in close collaboration with the founders to ensure the new identity aligned with their vision.
I developed comprehensive brand guidelines that became the foundation for an entirely new digital ecosystem: website, marketing materials, paid and organic social graphics, presentation templates, email design, and video content. Working alongside the marketing team, by late 2024 we created a video content series/podcasts, and I worked creating their own identity that keeps remained cohesive with the overall design system.
The project didn't end with the initial launch. I continue to evolve and optimize the design system, expanding it to include event collateral, new web pages, brochures, and course materials as the company grows.
